This Brigantine the Sail Freighter Tres Hombres sailed between the Islands On Friday from Steeple Rock down the North West Channel and St. Mary's Sound and on past Deep Point towards the Lizard Point.

She was flying the Sierra Leone flag.

One of a new fleet of sustainable hybrid sailing vessels ( fairtransport )The 32 metre Brigantine Tres Hombres has been in service since December 2009. She maintains a sustainable freight service between: Europe, the Atlantic islands, the Caribbean and America. Besides a cargo capacity of 35 tons, she has accommodation for 5 crew members and 10 trainees
